Pierluigi Garaventa
Co-founder & Chairman
Pierluigi Garaventa holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the Università di Genova.
He began his career at Ubisoft (Milano) as a video game programmer, developing interactive software and real-time systems for gaming applications. This early experience helped shape his passion for high-performance, reliable software engineering.
He later contributed to software development at leading technology companies including Siemens (Genova) and Ideaworks3D (London) before joining The Foundry (London), where he specialised in 3D development for the Oscar award-winning compositing software Nuke.
Working on advanced visual effects and compositing technologies, he helped develop tools used by artists and studios across the film and television industry.
With over 25 years of experience in software design and development, Pierluigi combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on innovation, performance, and reliability.
As co-founder and chairman of PG LAB Electronics, he leads the company’s vision and drives the development of cutting-edge IoT and home automation solutions.
Marianna Sulic
Co-founder
Marianna brings over 20 years of international experience across London, Vancouver, and the Cayman Islands, working in sales, technology, finance, and customer service.
Her versatile career spans administration in tech companies and banks as well as marketing and sales in the health industry, giving her a unique perspective on business operations and client relations.
