Shipping Policy

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. currently ships orders only to Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Customers located in any other country who wish to purchase our products must use a package forwarding service. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Italy, Germany, or the Netherlands will not be accepted or shipped.

The shipping method and carrier are selected by PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected carrier and the destination and are displayed during checkout. Please note that carrier transit times do not include our order processing time.

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

PACKAGE FORWARDING SERVICES

Customers who choose to use a package forwarding service do so at their own risk.

If your country is not among our supported shipping destinations, you may use a package forwarding service with an address in Italy, Germany, or the Netherlands. You can find several providers by searching online for "package forwarding service from a country we ship to your country" or similar terms.

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. does not endorse or guarantee any specific forwarding provider, and customers are responsible for selecting a service that meets their needs.

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s.'s responsibility for the shipment ends once the order has been delivered to the package forwarding company's address and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delays, misdelivery, customs issues, additional shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or any other issues that occur after the package has been accepted by the forwarding service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the package forwarding service they select is reliable and suitable for their destination. Any additional costs, including forwarding fees, international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

WAREHOUSE

All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse located in Chiavari, Italy.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders delivered to Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands, PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. automatically charges and collects the applicable taxes in accordance with EU regulations.

Customers who choose to use a package forwarding service are solely responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, tariffs, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by country and are not calculated or collected by PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s.

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or import procedures once a shipment has been forwarded outside our supported shipping destinations.

RETURNS

PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s. offers a 30-day return policy for products returned in their original, new condition.

Products that are fully functional but not returned in new condition may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

REFUNDS

After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to an error on the part of PG LAB Electronics S.r.l.s., the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
